COPA is very pleased to be returning to Halifax for our 2^nd annual Vendor Showcase. Our theme for the event is “Come and See the Magic of COPA!”

Join us on Wednesday September 18, 2024, at historic Pier 21, dockside on the Halifax waterfront. This is an opportunity for a limited number of industry vendors to showcase their products to all distributor sales teams and management. This will also be an opportunity to interact with the corporate business community, federal and local agencies, healthcare, higher education and many more local decision makers.

Table Top: $600.00 per vendor

Optional: Group Dealer Presentation 40 minutes (includes table top fee): $800.00 per vendor.

Our sponsorship packages offer diverse opportunities for businesses to engage with our event audience. From satisfying lunches to refreshing drink breaks, sponsors can choose the level of involvement that best aligns with their marketing goals, all while supporting the success of the event.

Lunch Sponsorship: $1,500.00 (plus tax)
Evening Kitchen Party Sponsorship: $900.00 (plus tax)
Refreshment & Snacks Sponsorship: $500.00 (plus tax)
Show Support Sponsorship: $350.00 (plus tax)

All sponsors will have their logos on all signage included in both pre- and post- event marketing collaterals including an ongoing sponsorship presentation loop throughout the day of the event.

Time

Registration for Distributor Representatives & Dealers (attending presentations) opens at: 8:45 am
Table tops will be open from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Presentations will run between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am
Consumer Showcase: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Lunch vouchers will be provided, lunch will be available from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
