TD SYNNEX, a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem, has announced that Reyna Thompson will be appointed President of North America on December 1, following the departure of Peter Larocque, who plans to transition to an advisory role on November 30.

Thompson, who joined TD SYNNEX in 1993, has built a deep understanding of how the company can make vendors and customers more successful. She has led the North America Advanced Solutions business unit focused on cloud, security, data/AI, and data center solutions, enabling over 12,000 channel partners through a wide array of programs and practices.

Reyna has built an impressive track record over the past three decades through her unwavering commitment to driving success for both vendors and customers. She has been recognized by CRN magazine as one of the “Top 100 Women of the Channel” in 2021 and 2022, as well as a CRN “Channel Chief” in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

She has held the “Woman of the Channel” recognition for many consecutive years. Under her leadership, TD SYNNEX’s CyberSolv, CloudSolv, and Public Sector programs have won CRN Partner Program Listing in 2024 and CRN Power 100 in 2022. Thompson also serves on the board for Elevate, a TD SYNNEX business resource group focused on elevating and mentoring women.
