Crestar announces the retirement of Linda Hamelin – Vice President of Sales for 34 years. Linda will be officially stepping down from her responsibilities at the end of 2021.

Linda was affectionately known in the office as “La Petite” (so nicknamed by Clyde Peterson) but what she lacked in height, she more than made up for with her infectious and endless energy. Linda will be remembered as an energetic and outgoing individual who livened up trade shows from coast-to-coast. During her time at Crestar, Linda’s presence was always keenly felt by those she worked with as she always brought with her a strong sense of purpose.

On a personal note, Crestar’s Vice President, Robert Goldenberg, thanked Linda “for her exceptional work ethic – often working late into the night – and always keeping Crestar on the right track, despite the many challenges (too many to enumerate). She has been a trusted advisor both to me and to my father – Don Goldenberg – until his passing last year. We wish Linda the best as she opens the next chapter of her life: Lots of travel, skiing, golf, tennis and tending to her gardens. Linda assures us that slowing down is not part of her plans!”

Crestar’s Director of Operations, Marie Mackean, who has worked closely with Linda for over 30 years, is to take over as Crestar’s VP of Sales.
