Since acquisition, we’ve invested significantly in our fleet:

- 80 jockeys
- 630 lift-gate trailers
- 50 straight trucks
- 1,869 tractors
- We’ve reduced missed pickups by 42%. (Q1 2024 over Q1 2023)
- We continue to increase customer satisfaction with improved freight handling through the efforts of Project 0.25.
- We continue to rebrand, remodel and renovate our service centers.
- We launched a new Accelerated Guaranteed (TAGD) product that delivers on our promise for faster service for select lanes.
- Coming soon: Electronic delivery receipts will further enhance efficiency and convenience for both Force Freight and our customers.
