Hamster held its annual Golf Tournament for the fifth edition on June 22nd, 2023, at the Blainvillier Golf Club. More than 200 people, Partners, Suppliers, Customers and Volunteers came to the event.
“The objective of the tournament is to offer maximum financial support to two foundations that are particularly important to us: Mira Foundation and Maman Dion Foundation,” explained Mr. Denis Mathieu, president and CEO of Novexco.
Thanks to our Hamster dealers and to many of our suppliers such as Acco, Newell and Lexmark, both prime sponsors of this tournament. Hamster is proud to announce that a grand total of $191,000 were raised during this day. These amounts will be distributed between the two foundations.
In the past, these investments helped both foundations to meet their respective objectives. “Hamster’s team and their generous suppliers and partners believe in our cause and know how life changing Mira dogs are for their owners. We are incredibly grateful for their involvement,” expressed Nicolas St-Pierre, general manager of the Mira Foundation.
In the case of the Maman Dion Foundation, the amount collected will pay for school supplies to children of disadvantaged backgrounds. “Hamster, through Novexco, has supported us for more than 15 years. Generous and loyal, they give us the courage and the means to pursue our mission. From the bottom of our heart, thank you” added Claudette Dion, general manager of the Maman Dion Foundation.
