Highlands has appointed Vinnie Pappano director of inside sales and training. Pappano joins Highlands from Chemesis International where she served as head of sales and category management. In her new role, Pappano will be responsible for developing Highlands’ sales tools, implementing go-to-market strategies, and managing vendor and client relationships.

“Vinnie has an extensive background with B2B distribution as well as developing and executing category programs to achieve revenue and profitability targets,” said Seth Raley, Highlands B2B president. “She will drive immediate growth for our clients.”
