CHPTA’s latest Industry Salary-Compensation Report based on survey results from December and January is now available for COPA members.  

The online survey was conducted confidentially with individuals from member company manufacturers and sales agencies primarily in senior executive, sales and marketing management and account management positions.

Not only were salaries and their 2022 and 2023 increases surveyed but a host of compensation areas were addressed including bonuses, pension plans and RRSP contributions, vehicle offerings, car allowances, mileage rates, gas discount cards, group health benefits, educational courses and vacation day policies.
