ISSA, trade association for the cleaning industry worldwide with over 10,000 distributors, manufacturers and associated members, is partnering with Staples to form a new distribution partnership program designed to improve the cleaning industry by providing training and certification programs at Staples training centers throughout the U.S. ISSA and Staples will work together to create career advancement opportunities that will help to elevate the cleaning industry. Staples will promote ISSA membership, training, consulting and certification services.
“When we think about education in our industry, it always points back to people, the heart of the industry,” said Brant Insero, ISSA director of education. “This partnership will allow us to bring certifications, training, and education to the masses.”
“We have over 2 million businesses across the U.S. that we support, and hundreds of employees in the Jan/San space,” said Mike Cusick, Staples vice president of facility solutions. “Combining the resources and best practices of ISSA with what we offer at Staples, it’s really going to make a powerful difference in the industry.”
