After 34 years in the Office Products Industry, Jane Gleadall, president of Fellowes Canada, is retiring April 1st, 2022. Jane started her career with Bic Inc. in 1987 and worked at Esselte, GBC Consumer and Commercial Group and ACCO prior to joining Fellowes in August 2011 as vice president of sales and marketing. She was promoted to President in April 2018.

Her motto has always been to focus on customers and enable the consumer product acquisition process to purchase Fellowes products. This philosophy has driven innovative go to market strategies and best in class service at Fellowes Canada over the last 10 years.

In her role as president, her resilience and pursuit of excellence enabled the subsidiary to achieve significant results over the last 24 months despite the challenges of the COVID pandemic. Her leadership has fostered a culture that reflects the values of family, innovation, quality, and care. For the last 3 years, Fellowes Canada has earned the Great Place to Work designation, including acknowledgement as one of the top 50 Places to Work in Canada Run by a Woman. 

Her open, approachable style has enabled her to build long term trusted relationships with customers and Fellowes team members around the globe. Fellowes Brands wishes Jane health, success, and happiness in her retirement.

The Canadian subsidiary will continue to report to Beth Wright, chief commercial officer, Fellowes Brands. Beth is an Office Products 25-year veteran with a wealth of international experience and will be more involved in the Canadian market. 

Effective April 1st Rob Runtas has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing reporting to Beth. Since his promotion to Director of Sales in 2018, Rob has led all aspects of sales and customer relationships in Canada. His broad channel expertise, customer knowledge and ability to challenge Fellowes’ practices are key components of our success in the Canadian market. 

As part of Rob’s team, Jeanette Simoes has been promoted to Head of Marketing, Canada. With her extraordinary experience in multiple facets of the organization coupled with her strong market insights, Jeanette and her team will continue to support our product initiatives and marketing communication plans. 

Finally, Michael Arimah has been promoted to Director of Operations and Customer Service reporting to Beth. Michael and his team have been providing best in class service and support to Fellowes customers for many years, and his “can-do” approach and strong problem-solving capabilities provide ongoing continuity to external partnerships.
