Session Spotlight

Making Waves – Moving Past (and learning from) the Crisis: Developing Your Company’s Future of Work Strategy

Presented by: Dr. Barbara Larson, Executive Professor of Management at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business

While no one knows exactly when the COVID-19 pandemic will end, the workplace has already fundamentally changed. Leading firms are thinking strategically, rather than reactively, about how to structure their workplaces and work practices for the long term. In this session, we will examine key trends defining the future of work, review examples from leading employers in Canada and the U.S., and outline ideas and best practices that participants can take back to their own companies.
