In his latest blog post, Donald Cooper, international management speaker and business coach, looks at how to prepare before you start advertising. He emphasizes that companies must create and effectively communicate compelling value and that part of any communication strategy often involves advertising. However, much of the money spent on advertising is wasted.  Most of it is the wrong message, or a weak message, sent to the wrong people.
